Very satisfied vendor I listed my investment apartment with Warren and he immediately inspected the property and advised me on painting, styling and some relatively minor changes to enhance the appeal of the property. He arranged all the work and the end result was superb. He was most professional and reported to me after every inspection. William is wonderful! The property we purchased needed work; Will went out of his way to put us in touch with builders. He showed us the property about 8 times and did not complain once about us constantly calling to see it. He was honest and open about price expectations and also kept us in the loop with all other interest in the property.
